
HERE IS THE RECIPE FOR DEANNA'S VANILLA
PUDDING CINNAMON ROLLS:
2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding
4 1/2 tsp. instant yeast
(Tena can tell you what that is)
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
2 tbl. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 cups flour

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
----------------------------------------------
1. Mix milk and pudding for 2 minutes set aside
2. Dissolve yeast in H20
3. Mix melted butter, eggs, sugar, salt, yeast
mixture & 2 cups flour. Beat on Medium for
3 minutes with your Bosch.
4. Add pudding--beat until smooth. Add
remaining flour to form soft dough.
5. Knead for 6-8 minutes. Place in
greased bowl, cover and let rise until
double, about 1 hour.
6. Punch down. Turn onto floured surface--
divide into 2 balls. Roll each portion into a
18 x11 rectangles. Brush w/2 tbsp. melted
butter. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spread on each rectangle.
7. Roll up jelly-roll style, pinch seams to close.
Cut into 16 slices for each ball. (32 rolls total)
Put in two greased 9 x 13 pans.
Cover and let rise about 30 minutes.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes,
then frost while warm

Frosting:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup butter (one cube)
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter, and cream.
Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
Remove and beat in sugar.....
We doubled the amount of icing to use
on our rolls......Yummmmeeee!
Makes 2 pans of 16 rolls for each pan, or
32 rolls total.
